1. Promotion Overview
Sellio.com.au ("The Promoter") is offering eligible home sellers the opportunity to receive a free advertising package provided by the agent, up to a maximum value of $5,000. This promotion is valid for a limited time as part of the pre-launch of Sellio.com.au (www.sellio.com.au).

2. Eligibility
To be eligible for this promotion, entrants must be at least 18 years of age and an Australian resident, own a residential property within an eligible city where Sellio.com.au operates, intend to sell their property within the promotional timeframe, list their property exclusively with a Sellio.com.au-nominated agent in their city within three months of receiving an offer, successfully sell their property within six months of listing, and agree to the standard terms and conditions of Sellio.com.au and the nominated agent.

3. Eligible Cities
The promotion will initially launch in the Gold Coast, followed by Brisbane. Additional cities may be added at Sellio.com.au’s discretion.

4. Promotion Period
The promotion will be open during the pre-launch phase of Sellio.com.au and will close at midnight on 31 March 2025. Eligible entrants will be notified of their offer upon meeting the criteria.

5. Entry Process
To enter, participants must submit their details via the Sellio.com.au website (www.sellio.com.au) or other official Sellio.com.au entry forms and confirm their intent to list their property within the eligibility period.

6. Offer Process
Entries will be assessed on an ongoing basis. Entrants who meet the eligibility criteria will automatically receive an offer for free advertising upon listing their property with a Sellio.com.au partner agent. Sellio.com.au reserves the right to verify property ownership and the entrant’s intent to sell.

7. Advertising Offer Details
Eligible entrants will receive a free advertising package, up to a maximum value of $5,000 AUD, provided by the Sellio.com.au partner agent. The advertising package will be arranged by the Sellio.com.au partner agent and provided at no cost to the home seller. If the total advertising spend is less than $5,000, only the actual spend amount will be covered. No cash alternatives or substitutions will be offered.

8. General Terms
The promotion is not transferable and cannot be combined with other offers. Sellio.com.au reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. By entering, participants agree to Sellio.com.au’s marketing communications and may be contacted regarding their property sale. Any disputes or claims arising from this promotion will be resolved at Sellio.com.au’s discretion.

9. Privacy and Data Use
Sellio.com.au will collect personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Entrants agree that their personal details may be shared with third-party partner agents to facilitate contact regarding their property sale. Entrants agree to allow Sellio.com.au to use their name, images, and testimonials for promotional purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability
Sellio.com.au is not responsible for any costs, losses, or damages arising from participation in this promotion, including but not limited to delays in property sale, agent selection, or advertising spend exceeding $5,000. By participating, entrants release Sellio.com.au and its affiliates from any liability related to the promotion.
